My name is Ange-Dania Laguerre. I graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Linguistics and Health Studies. I have always been fascinated with the fundamentals of communication, language, and speech development. Throughout my studies, I was able to develop an informed understanding of the phonological, morphological, syntactic properties of language, as well as the phonetic aspects dealing with the physical configurations of speech production. In the next year, I plan on pursuing a master’s degree in speech-language pathology with the objective to enhance my knowledge in language development and disorders so that I can fulfill my passion to make a positive impact on people’s everyday lives.
