Since we are rapidly growing, we are on a lookout for a Community Manager to  join our team and help us reach new highs. As we see this position as an integral part of the team, we are exclusively issuing stock options for this position!

Specific responsibilities for this role:

• Manage and grow our community of ambassadors, happy users, speech therapists, and influencers
• Know about and across the business
• Confidently upgrade our social media channels with out of the box ideas that might or might not follow current trends, it’s up to you
• Find opportunities for collaborations and giveaways
• Nurture and grow the community
• Smartly use a designated budget for whatever you wish (production, promotion, partnership or…)
• Be an authentic and reliable brand ambassador
• Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
• Researching to keep an up-to-date knowledge of the industry and competitors

Essential skills and qualifications:

• Head bursting with ideas
• Proven work experience as a community manager
• Creative approach to communication
• Feeling of absolute excitement when thinking about a global market
• Excellent spoken and written English language and in general excellent verbal communication skills
• Marketing and ‘’Grab the chance’’ mindset
• Good social skills and friendly approach to customers
• Familiarity with social media tools
• You have a desire to work in a young agile team and ready to grow with and within the company
