What subscription plans are available?
We offer monthly and annual subscription plans. The annual plan provides the best value with significant savings compared to the monthly plan.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Go to Subscriptions, find Speech Blubs, and select Cancel.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a free trial so you can explore the app and see how your child responds before committing to a subscription.
Cancel Subscription - Apple (iOS)
Every supporter of our app, like you, helps us reach more kids who need our help. We are sorry to hear our app is not meeting your expectations. To cancel your subscription on iOS: Open Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Speech Blubs > Cancel Subscription.
Cancel Subscription - Android
We are putting all our knowledge, our savings, and all our time on the line to make this app. Every supporter of our app, like you, helps us reach more kids with speech and language delays. To cancel on Android: Open Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > Speech Blubs > Cancel Subscription.
Get a refund - Apple (iOS)
Before asking for a refund, you should cancel your active subscription, otherwise it's very unlikely that Apple will grant you a refund. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
I have bought a subscription but everything is locked and I can't access it!
We are sorry for this inconvenient situation. This might happen if the app didn't recognize your subscription ID after an update. Please try: 1) Restore purchases in the app settings, 2) Sign out and sign back in, 3) Contact us at [email protected] with your purchase receipt.
