I’m Liz Shoreman, Speech and Language Therapist. I have 2 children and live and work in Manchester, Uk. I graduated with a BSc (Hons) Speech and Language Therapy degree in 2006. I have previous experience working for the NHS in clinics and schools as well as within the private sector. I joined The Speech Bubble, an independent Speech and Language Therapy Practice in 2010. My area of expertise is mainstream schools, vocabulary development and Early Years. Supporting children to develop their speech, language and communication skills is not only a passion but is something I’ve always been instinctively drawn to. I work closely with schools and parents to provide assessment, therapy, and support for children with a wide range of speech and language delays/disorders. I have a special interest in developing language through art, movement, music and creative play. I enjoy merging multi-sensory play with traditional and effective targeted speech and language interventions. This makes every session engaging, relevant and fun as well as helping to build confidence and aid each child in reaching their full learning, communicative and creative potential.
