Cancellation Policy

Our subscriptions are set to auto-renew so that your access continues uninterrupted. You can cancel your subscription at any time. This page explains how to cancel, when cancellation takes effect, and how cancellation relates to refunds.

Auto-renewal

By signing up for a subscription, you agree that your subscription will be automatically renewed and, unless you cancel, you authorize us to charge your account for the renewal term. The period and price of the auto-renewal will be the same as your initial subscription period and price, unless otherwise disclosed to you at the time of sale. (Lifetime subscriptions do not auto-renew.)

If your plan includes a free trial, the subscription is billed upon expiration of the free trial. To avoid being charged, cancel before the trial ends.

How to cancel

Where you cancel depends on where you originally purchased your subscription.

Purchased on our website

If you subscribed directly through our website, you can manage and cancel your subscription yourself at our customer support portal:

1. Go to https://customer-support.speechblubs.com/
2. Sign in with the email you used when you subscribed.
3. Open your subscription and select Cancel.

At the portal you can also view your subscription details, update your payment method, or change your plan. If you would prefer, you can also email us at [email protected] from your account email and we will cancel it for you.

Apple App Store (iOS / iPadOS)

1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
3. Tap Speech Blubs.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Google Play (Android)

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
3. Select Speech Blubs.
4. Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

Important to know

• Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Removing Speech Blubs from your device does not always cancel your subscription — you must cancel through the channel above.
• Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are managed by Apple or Google. We cannot cancel those subscriptions on your behalf; they must be cancelled in your app-store account settings as shown above.
• Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.

When cancellation takes effect

Cancellation prevents the next renewal charge. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for; it is not prorated.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling a subscription is not the same as requesting a refund. Whether you are eligible for a refund is governed by our Refund Policy — in short, we automatically issue a full refund within the first 3 days of a purchase, and do not offer refunds after that, except where required by applicable law.
