This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between you and Blub Blub Inc. ("Company", "we", or "us") and governs your use of the Speech Blubs application ("App").

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a single mobile device owned or controlled by you.

Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App

Intellectual Property

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subscription Terms

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. Subscription terms and pricing are available within the App. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.
