Blub Blub Inc., 3500 South DuPont Highway, Suite AT-101, 19901 Dover, County of Kent, Delaware, United States (“Blub Blub”) publishes “Halloween Giveaway Contest” (the “Contest). The Contest begins on February 1st, 2023, and ends on February 7th, 2023.  Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these official rules (“Official Rules”). By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to the Official Rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out in the Official Rules. 

Contest is open only to individuals who (i) have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry and (ii) who do NOT reside in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria. Employees of Blub Blub, and its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same households of such employees, whether or not related are not eligible. CONTEST IS VOID IN (i) CUBA, IRAN, NORTH KOREA, SUDAN, SYRIA AND (ii) WHERE PROHIBITED AND (iii) WHERE REGISTRATION WITH AUTHORITIES OR FULFILLMENT OF OTHER CONDITIONS (E.G. HAVING RULES PUBLISHED IN THE LOCAL LANGUAGE) IS NECESSARY IN ACCORDANCE WITH LOCAL LAWS. 

To enter the Contest, like and comment on the Giveaway announcement video and follow the TikTok profiles  @speechblubs and @shannonb_adhdmomof3 no later than until midnight February 7, 2023 Eastern Standard Time (EST). 

Reward in the form of ten (10) annual subscriptions to Speech Blubs app will be given to the ten (10) entrants that will meet all the required criteria. Online winners will be chosen on February 13th, 2023, and revealed in the video posted on that day on the profile of @shannonb_adhdmomof3. Winners will be notified by direct message via TikTok and will receive their prize until February 19th of notification in the form of a redeem code that will enable you to obtain the annual subscription to Speech Blubs app. Ten (10) winners will be selected from the Contest by the creator (Shannon Banks – @shannonb_adhdmomof3) at its sole discretion. Decisions of the judges are final and binding. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. 

The number of entries per person is unlimited. Entrants represent and warrant that their submission does not violate the rights of any other person or entry, including copyrights, trademarks, moral rights, rights of privacy/publicity or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, and that no other party has any right, title, claim, or interest in the submission. 

If the submission contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, and/or if any persons appear in the submission, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the submission, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the exhibition and use of the submission in the manner set forth in these Official Rules without additional compensation. If any person appearing in any video is under the age of majority in their state/province/territory of residence the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required on each release.

Each entrant releases and discharges Blub Blub, any party associated with the development or administration of the Contest, their employees, agents or representatives or any of their parents, subsidiaries, or affiliates from any and all liability in connection with the Contest, including without limitation, legal claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages, demand or actions of any kind. Entrant hereby agrees to hold Blub Blub and its affiliates, subsidiaries and assigns harmless from and against, and hereby waives any right to pursue, any claims of any nature arising in connection with any other use by Blub Blub authorized under these Terms, of any Submission. 

Any personal information received by Blub Blub in connection with this Contest will be used solely in accordance with Blub Blub’s privacy policy, which can be found at https://speechblubs.com/legal/privacy-policy-for-website/. This Contest is governed by and controlled by the laws of the State of Delaware, applicable to contracts made and performed therein without reference to the applicable choice of law provisions. All actions, proceedings or litigation relating hereto will be instituted and prosecuted solely in Dover, State of Delaware, United States.

This Contest is organized by Blub Blub and is not endorsed, sponsored or administered by TikTok, nor is TikTok associated with this Contest. TikTok does not have any responsibility for entrants.
