My name is Collette Divitto, and I was born in 1990 with Down Syndrome. I grew up in Ridgefield, Connecticut, where I developed a passion for baking, after taking classes in high school. I went to college at Clemson University in South Carolina, and graduated a 3 year LIFE program in only 2 years. I decided to turn my passion for baking into a business, and founded Collettey’s Cookies.
