I am a Speech and Language Therapist working as part of an independent team based in the East Midlands, UK. I graduated from City University, London in 2014 and spent a year working at a Child Development Centre in the Middle East before joining E.G. (Training) in 2015. I work with a wide variety of clients including both children and adults with a range of speech, language and communication needs.
I am trained to level 3 in TalkTools oral placement therapy and regularly use it for speech and feeding development with my clients. I am dysphagia qualified and have experience in working with clients using a range of therapy techniques including; Cervical Auscultation, Building Language using Lego Bricks, Makaton, Intensive Interaction and Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA).
I work in a variety of different settings providing assessment, direct and indirect therapy as required for each individual client. As a Speech Therapist I work closely with a wide range of other professionals in multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that my clients are always given holistic care.
