Is Speech Blubs available on iPhone and iPad?

Yes. For the best experience, make sure that your device is updated to the latest version of your operating system!

Is Speech Blubs available for Android?

Yes, Speech Blubs is available on Android devices.

Can Speech Blubs be used on Amazon Fire Tablet?

We are currently not supported on Kindle or Amazon Fire tablets since they have launched their own app stores that are not connected to Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Can I use Speech Blubs on my desktop computer?

Our app isn’t supported for computer use because it aligns vertically instead of horizontally. You can, however, use it on iOS or Android tablets. Our app does include an insightful free screener that can be taken through a personal computer. We invite you to check your child’s milestone with our screener.

Can I Use Speech Blubs on multiple devices?

Yes, you can! To use Speech Blubs on another device, simply log in with your credentials in the new device.

If you cannot access Speech Blubs:

Make sure you did not use caps when registering (example@mail.com -> Example@mail.com)
Try to reset your password.
“Oops, something went wrong”: if you get this message, it means that you don’t have an account yet (different from subscription), so next time you enter the app, please select the option to register.

If you log in and the subscription does not show up instantly, please select the option to RESTORE PURCHASE on the plans screen. If this still doesn’t work, please make sure your device is on the latest version of IOS/Android, and that the app is updated.

Can I use Speech Blubs with more than one child?

Yes! Here is how to add more children profiles:

Tap on the “Menu” icon in the upper corner,
Tap on “Switch User,”
Click on the “Add User” button.

Now you can fill in information for all your children and take the milestones screener for each. To keep their progress report separate, just switch the user and select the child that uses it.

Can I use Speech Blubs offline?

Unfortunately, you must be online to use Speech Blubs. With this, we ensure that the privacy of your little one is maintained and that it does not take up too much space on your device.

We are, however, exploring these options and might have this feature in the near future!

Does Speech Blubs have speech recognition?

Yes, it does! Speech Blubs app has a speech recognition feature, which means it can detect proper pronunciation of words! When your child will correctly pronounce a word you will see a star popping out on the progress bar. It is a feature we are very proud of, as it makes Speech Blubs an excellent tool for speech.

Is Speech Blubs only available in English?

No 🙂 Speech Blubs is available in American and British English, Spanish, Portuguese, and French!

To set the language in your app:

Tap on the “Menu” icon in the upper corner
Tap “Languages”
Choose one of the four, and you’ll see the app in that language!

I forgot my password, how do I recover it?

When you try to login, if you don’t remember your password, select the option “Forgot password?” and enter the email for your account.

Helpful tip: To confirm a specific email address that you created your account with, search the subject lines in your email mailbox for “Speech Blubs.” If you still can’t find it, make sure you search for hi@blubblub.org to see if we have communicated with you before, like when you first set up your account.

I registered with Apple ID, and now I can’t log in. What to do?

If you registered using Apple Login you may use the “Hide my email” option. To find out what your anonymous email looks like, please follow these steps so you will be able to log in to your devices.

Go to Settings on your iOS Device and tap on Apple ID which is located at the top of the settings.

3. From there proceed by tapping on “Apps Using Apple ID”:

4. After that you will see a list of apps with which you registered with the Apple Login option. Find the Speech Blubs app and tap on it.

5. You will be able to see which email was used to create an account with the Speech Blubs app under “This app received”. Here, you need to press on “This app received” and tap copy.

6. Go to our website (click HERE), where you will set up a password (you paste the copied email here):

7. After tapping the reset password, you will receive an email to your personal email address (which you also used for Apple ID). Tap on the link inside and proceed with setting up a new password.

8. After setting up your new password you should be able to log in to the Speech Blubs app either on an iOS or Android device.
