To get a refund, first you need to cancel your subscription.
Unfortunately, we can’t unsubscribe you from the app since all the payments go through Apple. Technically, you’re not our customer, but Apple’s. In fact, there are no buttons for canceling subscriptions or issuing a refund available to us from Apple. They own the whole process (for every app in the App Store).
Here’s how you cancel your subscription:
- Go to your device (iPhone or iPad) Settings
- iTunes & App Store
- Enter your Apple ID (your email address)
- View Apple ID
- Change or cancel your subscriptions
After canceling your subscription, to get your money back please follow the link (“Report a problem”) that you received in your inbox from Apple. (Receipt).
You can also do it by following this link and logging in with your Apple ID. If Apple denies your refund, let us know, and we will tell you what to do next.

You need to send us the order ID of your purchase and we will refund you the money. After you buy something on the Google Store, you’ll get a confirmation email that you can use as a receipt. You can find your order ID on this receipt.
The Google order ID has the following format GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345
In order to be refunded on stripe please send us the email you subscribed with or the invoice number with the format #0ABC1D2E-0001 (this will be a random assortment of numbers and letters just # and -000X is always there because it indicates the number of the invoice).
